Warranty service: The product is guaranteed for one year from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, product damage is not caused by man-made free repairs.

Commissioning service: After the installation is completed according to the site or the equipment layout drawing and equipment foundation drawing provided by the demander, after the on-site commissioning is qualified, it will leave the site after being approved and signed by the demander.

Training service: The supplier sends technicians to the site to assist and guide the installation. After the commissioning is qualified, during the trial operation, the relevant operators of the buyer will be trained until the equipment can be used and operated normally.

Maintenance service: If the equipment fails, and there is no special reason, the supplier will arrive at the scene for service within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the notice.

Verification Service: Provide equipment verification materials and solutions for free according to customer needs.

Accessory service: A complete accessory service can be provided in time both within and outside the warranty period.

Acceptance and delivery service: After the equipment is manufactured, the supplier can notify the buyer in advance to send personnel to the supplier for acceptance after the equipment is manufactured.

File service: After the execution of the contract, provide instructions for the use of products and accessories, equipment material reports and other related materials.

Lifetime service: After the product warranty period is over, it can still provide you with lifelong service for the product, and provide preferential paid or free vulnerable accessories.

The aerospace machinery service system covering the national network, the sales center, technical service center personnel as a strong technical service support, when the customer has problems in the process of selling or using the product, the sales center personnel will be on-site at the first time service.
